Class times: Tuesday at 7pm.
A va va voom class that mixes burlesque dancing and your favorite barre fitness movements for a truly one of a kind fitness class. Strut your stuff with barre movements to improve your muscle tone, increase your flexibility, balance, and core strength while focusing on the sassy sexy side of you.
Burlesque will have you shimming to hand picked sassy and sometimes naughty music to motivate you to let your hair down. For one hour, you are fabulous.
What to bring to class:
Please wear workout clothes
Barre socks or grippy socks
Please note, due to the glamorous and sexy nature of the class, participants must be 18+
